摘要
观察了１４例心内直视手术病人麻醉后血液流变学的变化，与麻醉前比较ｈＢＬ明显降低，其余各指标无明显变化。
The haemorheological changes after the presence of fentanyl were observed and compared with preaneathesia.There was a significiant reduction in hBL,but the others were unchanged.These findings suggest that fentanyl leads to haemorheolgical alterations which may improve the microcirculation.
