摘要
通过插层聚合方法,制备出银氨蒙脱土/聚丙烯酸钠-丙烯酰胺共聚物复合调湿抗菌材料,并对材料的表面形貌、结构、吸放湿和抗菌性能进行了研究.实验结果表明,共聚物复合调湿抗菌材料的结构疏松,表面存在较大孔隙;丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺分子单体经插层聚合成功地引入到蒙脱土层间,层间距扩大为2.143n,m.与聚丙烯酰胺、银氨蒙脱土/聚丙烯酰胺材料相比,银氨蒙脱土/聚丙烯酸钠-丙烯酰胺共聚物复合材料具有较高的吸放湿容量和吸放湿速度;且对大肠杆菌和藤黄微球菌具有较强的抑菌效果,抑菌率均在90%以上.
[Ag(NH3)2]^+ modified montmorillonite/polysodium acrylate-acrylamide (sMMT/copolymer)composite was synthesized by water solution intercalation and polymerization methods, and then the surface morphology, structure, humidity controlling and antibacterial behaviors of sMMT/copolymer composite were analyzed. The results show that the sMMT/ copolymer composite is loose and porous on surface. The acrylate-acrylamide monomer is successfully intercalated into the layers of montmorillonite,and the distance between two layers is increased to 2.143 nm. Compared with polyacrylamide (PAM) ,montmorillonite/polyacrylamide (sMMT/PAM) composite,the as-prepared sMMT/copolymer composite has a greater capacity and higher speed of humidity absorption and desorption. By using E Coli and Micrococcus Luteus as detective bacteria, sMMT/copolymer composite has a very good antibacterial effect with the antibacterial rate above 90%.
