摘要
在我国,广泛采用酶联免疫技术检测抗-HCV以筛查血液HCV感染,但由于感染"窗口期"的存在,输血安全仍是社会关注的焦点。应用核酸检测技术直接检测HCV-RNA能筛查出处于HCV感染"窗口期"的献血者。本文对核酸检测技术在血液HCV感染筛查中的应用作了综述。
In China, ELISA is the main method used widely in blood screening. But for HCV, the "window period" of infection is the focus of attention for the safety of blood transfusions. Nucleic acid testing can detect HCV-RNA directly, and it can be more sensitive for blood donors who are infected in the "window period". This review discusses how nucleic acid testing detects HCV infection in blood screening.
