摘要
3-氨基丙酸在95~100℃条件下,与85%磷酸和三氯化磷反应,经9mol/L盐酸水解后得到帕米膦酸,再经氢氧化钠水溶液成盐即可得到帕米膦酸二钠,总收率约37%。
Pamidronate disodium was synthesized from 3-aminopropionic acid by reaction with phosphoric acid and phosphorus trichloride at 95 - 100 ℃, and then hydrolysis with 9 mol/L hydrochloric acid to give pamidronic acid, followed by salification with sodium hydroxide solution with an overall yield of about 37 %.
