基于预想事故集的华东500kV规划网架安全稳定评估研究 被引量:1

Safety and stability assessment for expected 500 kV East China Power Grid based on preconceived accident lists

摘要 根据华东电网多年实际运行经验,结合华东电网区域特点,提出二维预想事故集,在此基础上采用大规模交直流电力系统数字仿真程序,对华东"十二五"500 kV电网目标网架进行暂态稳定评估。最后按照《电力系统安全稳定导则》的三级安全稳定标准,根据仿真计算结果,将具体事故、华东电网区域、三级标准相结合,重新生成二维事故集合,提出了进一步优化、细化华东电网安全稳定问题的方法,为华东电网的规划校核提供了借鉴和参考。 Based on the features of East China Power Grid and years of experience in its operation, the 2D preconceived accident list was proposed. Then, digital simulation programs for AC/DC power systems were used for transient stability assessment for the expected 500 kV East China Power during the 12th "Five-Year-Plan" period. Finally, based on the simulation results, the accidents, the three main components of East China Power Grid (i. e. the core framework, the sending terminal, and the load center) , and the three-grade safety and stability criteria under the Guidelines for safety and stability of power systems were used to regenerate the preconceived accident list.
