As SCADA telemetry ＂jumping＂ data in the PI database affect the authenticity of some software＇s running resuits, the appropriate filtering is necessary for the data in the database. The way of developing the interactive data filtering software based on P1 API programming was given together with a case. The design of the software, the related algorithms, the API programming techniques, the key source codes, and the operating interface were recommended, and the application result of the software was summarized.
