Research on AGC and primary frequency control for gas turbine combined cycle generating units

摘要 为维持电网的发供平衡和频率稳定,机组AGC及一次调频是涉网机组应该具备的功能。介绍了某二拖一布置的燃机联合循环机组AGC功能开发和投运以及一次调频功能试验的情况,并分析了AGC变负荷速率、负荷高低限以及一次调频功能存在的问题。由此证实联合循环机组具有较强的电网调峰和调频能力,同时指出该联合循环机组一次调频功能尚需进一步优化和研究。 To maintain the generation-consumption balance and frequency stability for the grid, automatic generation control (AGC) and primary frequency control (PFC) are required functions for units connecting to the grid. AGC de- velopment and implementation and PFC test of a gas turbine combined cycle unit (2 + 1 ) were presented, and AGC load change rate, high/low load limits, and problems in PFC were analyzed. It was concluded that the combined cy- cle unit had strong ability of peak re^lation and frequency adjustment, however, its PFC function still needed to be optimized further.
