基于Agent的抽水蓄能电站网上竞价决策支持系统设计

Design of agent-based online price bidding decision support systems for pumped-storage power stations

摘要 基于Agent为抽水蓄能电站设计了竞价上网决策支持系统,该系统具有较强的软件扩展性和升级空间,能与电站的其他系统较好衔接;同时用CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture公共对象请求代理体系结构)组件和KQML(Knowledge Query and Manipulation Language)语言实现跨平台、标准化通信;实现语言选用JAVA,以保证网络通信的高效和安全。着重论述了抽水蓄能电站竞价上网报价策略的编制,得出在长期和短期内由相同的报价上限根据实际情况逐渐地向不同的低点趋近的报价策略。 The agent-based online price bidding decision support system for pumped-storage power stations was dc- signed which was easy to extend and upgrade and integrate with other systems of substations. Meanwhile, common ob- ject request broker architecture (CORBA) and knowledge query and manipulation language (KQML) were used for standard communications among different operation systems, and programming language JAVA was selected to ensure net communication and securities. A price bidding strategy was proposed which suggested that the short-term and long-time bidding both start from the same maximum point and decrease gradually to different ends according to actual situations.
