介绍了华东电网公司本部以战略为导向的业绩考核体系及其在实践过程中的创新,阐述在吸收借鉴西方先进管理理念和方法的同时,充分结合公司经营管理特点,尊重公司文化,探索行之有效的先进管理手段的具体实践。
The strategy-oriented performance assessment system developed by East China Grid was recommended, as well as the innovative aspects in its implementation. The efforts in learning advaneed management concept and meth- ods abroad and combining the current management features of East China Grid to work out a practical and effeetive performance assessment method were illuminated.
