摘要
针对气动膨胀机中排出器固有频率对制冷机制冷性能的影响进行了试验研究。试验表明:随排出器固有频率的增大,压缩机共振频率减小;当制冷机充气压力为1.8MPa,压缩机共振频率与排出器固有频率比约为0.73~0.75时,制冷机性能最佳;同时,要使制冷机获得较高的效率和较好的制冷性能,不仅要使工作频率在压缩机共振点或共振点附近,而且要使制冷机运行频率与排出器共振频率之比为最佳值。
The influence of the displacer resonant frequency on the cooling performance was studied experimentally. Three conclusions were acquired. Firstly, with the increment of the displacer's resonant frequency, the compressor's resonant frequency decreases. Secondly, the cooling performance is strongly enhanced when charging pressure is 1.8 MPa and the ratio value of the working frequency to the displacer's resonant frequency is within 0.73 ~0.75. Lastly, for the enhancement of cooling performance, not only must the cooler work at the resonant frequency of the compressor, but also the ratio of the working frequency to the displacer's resonant frequency should be adjusted to the optimized value.
