摘要 在高效的内循环反应器上,采用可循环使用的液体催化剂合成生物柴油,对反应条件进行了研究。结果表明,在反应温度130℃,反应压力1.0MPa,反应时间5h,醇油摩尔比10∶1,催化剂用量10%(以油脂质量为基础)的条件下,油脂转化率接近100%,脂肪酸甲酯得率大于96.5%。 A new method was explored to synthesize biodiesel in a internal circulation reactor with a liquid catalyst which could be re - used. The optimum conditions for the transesterification were obtained as follows : molar ratio of methanol to oil 10 : 1, reaction temperature 130 ℃, reaction pressure 1.0 MPa, catalyst dosage 10% (based on the mass of cottonseed oil) ,and reaction time 5 h. The oil conversion rate was close to 100%, and the yield of FAME was more than 96.5% under these conditions.
