锰氧化物薄膜激光能量计的信号读出电路系统研制

摘要 利用MS-51系列单片机,设计和研制了专用于基于钙钛矿锰氧化物薄膜激光感生热电电压效应的激光能量计的信号读出电路系统,采用三位发光二极管(LED)数码显示器记录激光能量/功率。使用出射波长为248nm和308nm准分子激光器测试表明:输出能量和LED记录结果存在较为优良的线性关系。 By using the MS-51 single chip, we designed and fabricated the signal readout circuit system of the manganite laser-energy-meter, which was based on laser induced thermelvoltage effect of perovskite manganite. The 3-bit LED numerical display was used to record the laser energy/power. The excimer lasers with their wavelength of 240 and 308 nm were used as the irradiation source. The testing experiment indicated that the output energy laser show good linear relation with the recorded data of LED numerical displays.
