摘要
利用微波法提取葵花籽仁中的绿原酸,采用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。探讨了微波功率、微波时间、料液比等因素对测定结果的影响,并与常规水浴回流提取法进行了比较。结果表明,微波提取的最佳条件为:料液比1∶20,微波功率440W,提取时间7min。微波提取法操作简便、省时、节约能源、结果准确可靠,与常规水浴回流提取法相比没有显著性差异。
The chlorogenic acid was extracted by microwave - assist from sunflower seed kernel, and its content was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometrie method. The influences of microwave power, time and ratio of material to liquid on determination results were studied,and the microwave - assisted extraction method was compared with the traditional method of heat reflux extraction. The results showed that the optimal conditions of microwave - assisted extraction were as follows : ratio of material mass to liquid volume 1 : 20, microwave power 440 W, time 7 rain. No significant difference was observed between the microwave method and the traditional method. The microwave - assisted extraction was a quick, accurate and convenient method .
