摘要
利用参数化建模,针对桨叶干燥机的桨叶轴分别受到压力载荷、重力载荷、扭矩载荷的作用建立有限元模型,分别对以上载荷作用下轴身结构尺寸不断改变情况所受应力进行研究,提出了在各载荷作用下,轴身结构改变对应力值的影响规律。
A finite element model was founded because the propeller shafts of propeller dryers were subjected to pressure load, weight load, and torque load respectively, the stresses mentioned above borne by the propeller shafts were respectively studied under the condition of constant changes of the structure sizes of the propeller shafts, the influence law of the structure change of the propeller shafts on the stress value was proposed under the action of various loads.
