摘要 研究颗粒物在人体呼吸系统的传输与沉积作用对于揭示颗粒物毒理学机理及呼吸系统疾病的药物靶向治疗具有十分重要的意义。本文综述了呼吸系统结构、颗粒物沉积与清除机理、计算流体动力学CFD方法模拟呼吸系统复杂空气流动与颗粒物传输/沉积中的应用。 Particle transport and deposition patterns are of great interest for understanding the particulate health effects and also for delivering drug aerosols to desired lung target areas. The paper is to review the geometric models of the pulmonary airways, the particle deposition and clearance mechanisms, and the Computational Cluid Dynamic (CFD) applications for modeling the airflow and particle transport and deposition in the human respiratory system.
