摘要
本文对热电厂75t/h循环流化床锅炉气力输送系统硬件进行了优化设计,通过在系统中合理配置空气压缩机、空气过滤器、压缩空气干燥机、仓式泵及PLC等硬件设备,实现粉尘通过气力输送系统自动控制,保证气力输送系统安全、环保、经济、可靠运行。
An optimal design to pneumatic transmission system of a 75 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in a thermal power plant was applied. In the system, hardware unit was reasonably allocated, such as air compressor, air filter, compressed air dryer, cone pump, PLC and etc. Thus, the dust is achieved automatic control by pneumatic transmission system to ensure the system safety, environmental protection, economic and reliable operation.
