Combined with a project, the design process of printing ink produce factory ventilation system was introduced in detail, which includes the harmful gas collection, handle and exhaust. It also introduced the calculation of the gas collector, the design principle of piping, the deal method of harmful gas, and the selection of ventilation fan. Finally, the benefit of reformation system was assessed.
