摘要 连轧管机的辊缝控制在无缝钢管生产中十分关键,它直接关系到钢管的几何尺寸精度,并且影响钢管的切头切尾长度。攀钢集团成都钢铁有限责任公司Ф159mm FQM连轧管机组采用世界先进的液压小舱辊缝调节技术,电气控制配置了西门子高端产品——TDC全数字控制系统,通过多种通讯方式的综合运用实现快速、精确地控制辊缝。重点介绍了TDC系统的组成、通讯方式、软件编程及应用效果等。 Being so critical in manufacturing process of seamless steel tubes, the roll gap control of mandrel pipe mill is directly related to the geometric accuracy and crop length of the tube as rolled. The Φ159 mm FQM pipe mill located in Pangang Group Chengdu Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. is provided with function of quick and accurate control of roll gap owing to being equipped with the hydraulic capsule control (HCC) with the world advanced technological level, the TDC full-digital control system as one of the high-end product by Siemens for the electrical control system which enables comprehensively utilization of multi-communication types for the mill line. The paper focuses on explication of the TDC system, covering such aspects as the composition, the communication types, the software programming and the operation effectiveness.
