甲磺酸伊马替尼治疗胃肠间质瘤术后复发35例报告 被引量：3

摘要 胃肠间质瘤（GIST）足发生于消化道的原发性间叶源性肿瘤，占全部胃肠道恶性肿瘤的2．2％（1％～3％）。年发病率1／10万～2／10万。2003年8月至2006年8月笔者应用甲磺酸伊马替尼（格列卫）治疗35例术后复发的GIST病人。本文对其疗效及毒副反应做一总结。
