变质处理对高碳高铬镍合金钢性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用力学性能试验机、扫描电子显微镜和MMS-1G高速销盘摩擦磨损实验机研究了稀土变质处理对高碳高铬镍合金钢性能以及磨损特征的影响。试验结果表明:经稀土变质的高碳高铬镍合金钢与未变质的高碳高铬镍合金钢相比,其硬度提高了3.0%,冲击韧性提高了46.7%,耐磨性提高了30.0%,磨损形貌由犁沟和疲劳裂纹变为犁沟和塑性变形。 This study mainly investigated the effect of RE modification on properties and wear characteristics of high carbon, chromium and nickel cast steel using mechanical properties test machines, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and MMS-1G high velocity friction and wear test machine. The results show that compared with non-modified alloy steel, the hardness, impact toughness and wear resistance of the modified steel were raised 3.0%, 46.7% and 30.0%, respectively and the worn surface morphology became ploughing and plastic deformation from ploughing and fatigue crack, after modification.
