摘要
通过扫描电镜分析了柴油机缸体典型夹杂物缺陷的形成原因及控制措施,提出了采用熔制孕育剂,提高出炉温度,降低孕育剂中钙的有效含量是最有效的措施。
The main types of defects on diesel engine cylinder casting were introduced in this paper, and the formation reasons of the inclusions were analyzed by using scanning electron microscope. It is using smelting inoculant, increasing the tapping temperature and reducing content of Ca in the inoculant that are the most effective measures.
