Clinical medical schools are the most important places for cultivating medical students. And the construction of its culture plays an important role in the growth of medical students. Clinical medical schools ought to reinforce their cultural construction,develop students＇ spirital culture that is the base of medical ethics,cultivate students with morality,develop the system culture which is scientific, normative, precise,and seeking for fact, supply the material culture of learning,working and living, build the environmental culture filled with civilized, healthy, united, and harmonious atmosphere, enhance the clinical moral education to improve students＇ comprehensive quality and finally to cultivate the most excellent medical students.
