Study of countermeasures based on investigation of present situation of construction of teaching management staff at basic level

对辽宁医学院基层教学管理队伍建设及现状进行调查分析,结合高等院校院系教学管理工作的特点,探讨如何选拔培养基层教学管理人员,促进教学管理队伍专业化,从而促进学院的整体办学水平。

Starting from the characters of the teaching management at the basic level in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the present situation and the construction of the teaching management at the basic level in Liaoning Medical College. Aiming at improving the required qualities of the teaching management staff at the basic level, how to realize the specialization of the teaching management staff in order to enhance the level of management of a university is discussed in this paper.
