HPLC法测定馥感啉口服液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

Determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Fu-ganlin oral solution by HPLC

目的采用反相高效液相色谱法建立馥感啉口服液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法使用Handbon lichrospher C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-0.02 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（含0.2%三乙胺,磷酸调节pH值为2.7,（5∶100）为流动相,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为207 nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.067~6.700μg之间线性良好,回归方程为：Y=1930974.37X-37184.21,r=1.00;平均加样回收率为99.06%,RSD为1.67%。结论本方法操作简便、准确,为馥感啉口服液的质量评价提供了依据。

Aim To establish a method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride. Method A Handbon lichrospher Ct8 column（250 mm ×4.6 mm ,5 μm）was used, with acetoneitrile-0.02 mol · L^- 1potassium dihydrogen phosphate as mobile phase （containing triethylamine 0.2% ,pH adjusted to 3.0 with phosphoric acid ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1 and the UV absorbance was monitored at 207 nm. Results The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was from 0. 067 to 6. 700 μg（ r = 1.00）. The mean recovery was 99.06% , with an RSD of 1.67%. Conclusion The method is proved to be simple,accurate,and can be used as a quantitative analytical method for Fu-ganlin oral solution.
