高效液相色谱法测定人麻痛痹丸中士的宁含量

Determination of strychnine in renmatongbi pill by HPLC

目的建立一种高效液相色谱法测定人麻痛痹丸中士的宁的含量。方法样品在碱性环境下,采用三氯甲烷提取,提取液蒸干后用甲醇溶解,以ODS-C18为固定相,乙腈-水（30∶70）为流动相,检测波长为260 nm。结果士的宁在1~5μg范围内,呈良好的线性关系,相关系数γ=0.9999,加样回收率为98.76%,RSD为0.48%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,适合人麻痛痹丸的质量控制。

Aim To establish an HPLC method for determination of strychnine in renmatongbi pill. Methods In this study,in alkaline environment, samples were extracted with chloroform, then the dry extract was dissolved with methanol. ODS-Cis was adopted as stationary phase with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water （30： 70） , and the detection wavelength was at 260 nm. Results The linear range was from 1 to 5 μg,r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery was 98.76% , with an RSD of 0.48%. Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate and can he used for quality control of renmatonghi pill.
