胰岛素泵联合吡格列酮治疗初诊2型糖尿病的临床观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的评价胰岛素泵联合吡格列酮治疗初诊2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法34例初诊2型糖尿病患者随机分为胰岛素泵治疗（CSⅡ）和CSⅡ合用吡格列酮组强化治疗2~4周。结果发现CSⅡ合用吡格列酮胰岛素用量减少（P〈0.01）,HoMA-IR下降（P〈0.05）,且无严重低血糖反应,肝肾功能损害等副作用。结论CSⅡ合用吡格列酮治疗初发2型糖尿病更能有效的控制血糖,减轻胰岛素抵抗和改善胰岛B细胞功能。
