目的探索一种适合消化科临床药师药学查房切实可行的工作模式。方法结合消化科常见疾病与用药特点,进行临床药学查房实践,在此基础上不断总结和完善。结果药学查房是消化科临床药师开展药学服务工作的一个重要组成部分。结论建立符合消化科特点要求的规范化临床药学查房模式十分必要。

Aim To explore a pharmaceutical ward round model suitable for clinical pharmacists in gastroenterology department. Methods The pharmaceutical ward round model in gastroenterology department was summarized and improved based on clinical practice. Resuits Pharmaceutical ward round is an important part of pharmaceutical care to clinical pharmacists in gastroenterology department. Conclusion It＇s necessary to establish a standard pharmaceutical ward round model in gastroenterology department.
