中西医结合健康教育对心脑血管疾病患者的干预效果评价

Observation in effect of health education with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with cardio-cerebrovascular disease

目的探索中西结合健康教育改善心脑血管疾病患者的效果，达到防治心脑血管疾病，促进心脑血管疾病患者尽快恢复和维持健康的目的。方法将80例心脑血管疾病患者随机分为对照组和干预组各40例，2组均施行常规治疗，干预组在常规治疗的基础上实施健康教育干预。制定调查表，了解干预1年后2组患者不良生活习惯改变情况，原发病改善情况、复诊情况及并发症发生情况，进行χ^2检验。结果健康教育1年后干预组不良生活习惯的改变率优于对照组，对照组原发病变化率、复诊率、并发症发生率显著高于干预组。结论中西医结合健康教育使心血管疾病患者的自我保健意识、生活质量和健康水平都得到了提高，在临床和社区都值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of health education with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with cardio- cerebrovascular disease, in order to reach the aim of preven- tion and treatment of cardio- cerebrovascular disease, promotion of early rehabilitation and maintenance of health in them. Methods 80 cases of patients with cardio- cerebrovascular disease were randomized into the control group and the intervention group with 40 cases in each group, Both groups received routine treatment, the intervention group received health education based upon routine treatment. Questionnaires were formulated to investigate change of bad habit and primary disease,return visit and incidence of complication one year after intervention, χ^2 test was adopted. Results The change rate of bad habit was higher, the change rate of primary disease,rate of return visit and incidence rate of complication were lower in the intervention group compared with those in the control group. Conclusions Health education with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with cardio-cerebrovascular disease can increase their cognition of selfcare,life quality and health level, which is worthy of wide application in clinic and community.
