无名异冲剂影响骨折愈合过程的组织学及X线定量研究

从组织学及Ｘ线图像定量角度研究无名异冲剂对实验性骨折愈合过程的影响。结果：用药组早期骨内外膜增生反应明显，骨小梁量多，成熟时间较对照组提前１周；骨痂中骨矿含量及增快速度，在骨折后３、４、５周用药组明显大于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。表明：无名异冲剂能加速骨折愈合速度。

Wumingyi Chongji on fracture healing were studied from histomorphology & X-ray quantitative analysis angle.The result shows the proliferation periost and more bony frabcula.It is one week ahead of mature time.The amount of bone mineral and osteotylus of the medicine group were much more than that of the control group in Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ weeks (P<0.05).It proves that wumingyi can promote fracture healing and recover from fracture rapidly.
