摘要
用正交设计实验法对酸性媒介染料羊毛染色中加入氯化稀土的新染色方法进行进一步研究,确定了其主要工艺参数,特别是研究了稀土氯化物的加入时间,认为在染料加入染浴30min后加稀土,染色效果最佳。此外,又探讨了媒染剂红矾的用量与染色效果的关系,实验表明新方法可减少红矾用量20%,降低染色残液中铬离子的含量,减少水污染。本工作为稀土氯化物应于用毛纺生产提供了理论依据。
The new dyeing technology which adds rare earth chloride with acid mordant dyes in wool-dyeing is further studied by experimental method of orthogonal design. The main technological parameters are established, especially the time for adding rare earth chloride. It is considered that the optimal dyeing effect will be achieved if the rare earth chloride is put into dye bath in 30 minutes after the addition of dyes. The relation between the adding amount of mordant and dyeing effect is discussed. The results of experiments show that the new method would decrease the usage of mordant by about 20%, lower the chromium ions in residual dye bath, thus lessen the water contamination. The authors' work provides a theoretical basis for the application of rare earth chloride in wool fabric production.
