开放性胫腓骨骨折47例治疗体会

Treatment on open fracture of both tibia and fibula: A report of 47 cases

对４７例开放性胫腓骨骨折，采用钢板固定或跟骨牵引术，结果术后创口感染６例（１２．７％），骨折愈合率达１００％。认为，钢板内固定和跟骨牵引术，只要严格掌握适应证，并彻底清创，尽早闭合创口，配合应用抗生素。

Internal fixation with steel plate and transcalcaneal traction were done on 47 patinets with open fracture of both tibia and fibula. 6 patients (12.7%) were postoperatively infected. The union rate was 100%. It suggested that internal fixation with steel plate and transcalcaneal traction are an effective way of treating open fracture of both tibia and fibula if the indication was strictly controlled and the wound was thoroughly cleared, and earlier closed, combined with antibiotic.
