浮膝损伤的治疗——附27例报告

THE TREATMENT OF FLOATING KNEE INJURYIN 27 CASES

报告２７例由车祸所致的浮膝损伤的治疗。骨折部位愈近膝关节，膝浮动愈明显，愈易损伤月国动脉。早期消除膝浮动、采用坚强内固定是处理此种损伤的有效方法。对开放性及不稳定性骨折，膝浮动明显者采取股骨及胫骨骨折开放复位内固定治疗；对闭合性及稳定性骨折、膝浮动不明显者采取股骨骨折切开复位内固定，根据全身情况决定胫骨骨折内固定或外固定。本组治疗结果优良率７４％。

The treatment of the floating knee injuries by traffic accidents in 27 cases was reported.The results showed that the closer the fracture to the knee,the more evident the floating,and the easier the popliteal artery is injured.In order to eliminate the floating knee in its early stage,the effective way is to apply intensive internal fixation to the fractured part.As for patients suffering from evident floating knee with open and unstable fractures,open reduction and internal fixation of the femur should be applied while for those suffering from less evident floating knee with closed and stable fracture,open reduction of internal fixation is applied and the internal or external fixation of the fractures is employed according to the general condition of the victim.In the 27 cases,the excellent rate amounted to 74%.
