调制随机中频电流对肩周炎疗效观察

Observation of modulation random intermediate frequency current therapy for scapulohumeral periarthritis

目的观察调制随机中频电流治疗肩周炎疗效。方法采用调制随机中频电流机治疗肩周炎患者１０７例。通过治疗前后自身对比，用关节活动范围和肌力恢复程度评定疗效。结果治疗后肩关节平均活动范围均有显著改善（Ｐ＜０．０１），６８．２％患者肩关节肌力恢复到轻度受限标准以上。治愈显效率达７８．４％。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis treated by modulation random intermediate frequency current. Methods 107 cases with scapulohumeral periarthritis were treated by modulation random intermediate frequency current.The curative effect was assessed with the range of motion and the physical strength of shoulder. Results After treatment,the average range of motion of shoulder was improved significantly(P<0.01).The physical strength of shoulder of 68.2% patients went beyond the level of light limit.The cure and excellent effective rate was 78.4%. Conclusions It is suggested that modulation random intermediate frequency current has a better effect for scapulohumerd periarthritis.
