银行系统职工代谢综合征及其主要成分异常患病情况调查

A Survey on the Metabolic Syndrom and Its Major Indexes Abnormality among Banking Staff Members

目的了解银行系统职工代谢综合征及其主要成分异常的患病情况。方法对2007年某银行系统1 628名20～50岁在职职工进行血压、血脂、血糖、身高、体质量检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果本组人群代谢综合征检出率6.94%,其中高血压、高血脂、高血糖、超重/肥胖检出率分别为12.65%、20.15%、1.97%、12.53%,并随年龄增加有上升趋势。高血压、高血脂、高血糖检出率,男性高于女性(P<0.05);干部超重/肥胖、高血脂检出率高于工人(P<0.05)。结论高血压、高血脂、超重/肥胖在银行系统职工中常见,有必要定期进行体检,对有异常结果者给予生活方式教育及早期治疗,以减少代谢综合征的发病率。

Objective To learn about the incidence of metabolic syndrome and Its Major Indexes Abnormality among banking staff members. Methods Check-ups were made of the blood pressure, blood lipid, blood glucose, height and body mass of 1 628 banking staff members aged between 20 and 50. Then the results were statistically analyzed. Results The rate of detected metabolic syndrome, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, overweight or obesity registered 6.94%, 12.65%, 20.15%, 1.97% and 12.53%, respectively, all of which becoming more widespread with the increase in age. The rates of detected hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia among males were higher than those of females （P〈0.05）, and the rates of hyperlipidemia and overweight / obesity among cadres were higher than those of workers （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hypertension, hyperlipidemia and overweight or obesity are common among banking staff members. So regular physical check-up is necessary, and to those with abnormal results, guidance on lifestyle and timely treatment should be offered to reduce the incidence rate of metabolic syndrome.
