中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征78例疗效观察

Observation on the Effects of Integrated TCM and WM Therapy on Primary Nephrotic Syndrome,A Report of 78 Cases

以血瘀为纲进行辨证，分为湿热血瘀、气虚血瘀、气滞血瘀、阳虚血瘀及瘀水互阻６种证型，用中药配合激素和环磷酰胺治疗原发性肾病综合征７８例。结果：完全缓解３１例，部分缓解３８例，无效９例，总缓解率为８８．５％。

Primary Nephrotic Syndrome (PNS) was divided into wetness heat and blood stasis type,qi deficiency and blood stasis type,qi stagnation and blood stasis type,yang deficiency and blood stais type retention of fluid and blood stasis type,78 cases PNS were treated with traditional chinese medicine combining wester medicine such as CTX (cytoxan) and corficosteroid.Result:31 cases reached complete remission,38 partial remission,9 ineffective,total effective rate was 88.5%.
