摘要
日本自1957年加入联合国以来,积极展开联合国外交,近来更是提出了入常的目标。本文就国家实力和对联合国机制所做贡献、国家道义(区域其他国家的认同)两个方面就日本入常的可能性进行分析,并探讨了假设日本成功入常会对中国及其周边环境可能造成的影响。在此基础上,从主权国家和负责任的安理会常任理事国的双重身份探析中国在日本入常的立场及相应可行的对策。
Japan has developed its UN Diplomacy enthusiastically ever since its entry into the UN in 1957, and recently brought up the goal of joining the permanent membership of Security Council. This article looks into the possibility of Japan's joining the permanent membership of Security Council from two perspectives: one is national strength and its contribution to the systems of UN, and the other is national virtue (the recognition from other countries in this region). It also discusses on the potential influences of Japan's entry on China and her surrounding security circumstances, and furthermore analyzed China's standpoint and countermeasures suitable to its double identifies both as a nation-state and a permanent member in Security Council of UN.
