摘要
教研组的功能转型直接影响学校的转型变革,在当前的教研组建设中,普遍存在着一些突出问题。主要表现在过度关注形式性的组织功能,忽视教师自我发展与外在促进的功能;过分强调事务性的管理功能,忽视教研组长主动性与领导力的提升。教研组建设的核心问题就是人的发展问题,因此教研组的转型首先要从人的角色意识转变入手。具体表现在教研组长的角色转换与自我发展;骨干教师的主动发展与引领作用的发挥;群体教师的多元互动与内动力形成等方面。
Grade community is a modern school-based management system of self-management and independent development. In the two grade management mode, the fault phenomena of basic construction of grade and reasearch study have been resolved which derive from the two-grade management mechanism, and shape the "triple changes" of grade community' consturction: form "institutional grades by "the school managemental need" supervision activities; set up reaseareh grade community by "ecological grade community" supervision activities; construct vital organization by "pursue shared vision" supervision activities.
