摘要
教学质量监控不同于企业控制或工艺式程序,它需要被监控对象的自觉的质量追求。教学质量监控的最终日除了分数质量外还应有人的发展质量和教学过程质量,因此必须重视对教师教学效果的专业化分析。同时,在使用质量监控工具的过程中,必须改变以管理者为单一主体的监控思路,做到与组织氛围交互为用;避免陷入工具主义的泥潭,做到以促进学生和教师的发展为重。
Teaching quality monitoring is different from enterprise control and craft procedure, it needs monitored object's conscious pursuit of quality. The final purposes of teaching quality monitoring contain not only score but also the quality of the development of human being and the teaching procedure. Thus, the teaching quality monitoring should emphasize the professional analysis of teaching effects. Meanwhile, during the process of using quality monitoring tools, the monitoring way which consider managers as single subject should be changed, and the interactions with organizational climate should be emphasized; we also should avoid falling into the mire of insrtumentalism and promote the development of students and teachers.
