摘要
从实验的角度研究了三螺杆动态混炼挤出机中央螺杆的轴向振动对Mg(OH)2填充HDPE性能的影响规律与机理。结果表明,振动力场的引入增强了Mg(OH)2在HDPE中分散效果,提高了复合材料的拉伸性能和冲击性能,阻燃性能也得到了改善。
Vibration force field was introduced into processing of plastics in tri-screw dynamic mixing ex- truders, so as to intensifying mix ability and dispersion. The effects of vibration force field on filled high den- sity polyethylene (HDPE) by Mg (OH) 2 during processing of plastics in tri-serew dynamic mixing extruders were investigated experimentally. The result showed that the introduction of vibration force field effectively fa- cilitates the dispersion of Mg (OH) 2 in HDPE and improves significantly tensile and impact strength of the composites and had little effect on flame retardancy .
