摘要
采用旋转流变仪对改性聚氨酯防水密封材料流变特性进行了研究。结果表明,其表观黏度随着剪切速率和温度的增大而减小,符合假塑性流体的流动规律;在较低的剪切速率下,其黏流活化能较低,所以它在施工过程中具有良好的流平性。
The rheological behavior of modified polyurethane waterproof-sealing material was studied by rotary rheometer. The experiment results showed that the apparent viscosity of modified polyurethane water- proof-sealing material decreased with increasing of the shear rate and temperature, which correspondsed to pseudo plastic flow characteristics. Its flow activation energy kept low in lower shear rates, so it showed a preferable flow capability in application.
