摘要
分别对NdFeB/PPS黏结磁体用的快淬NdFeB磁粉表面进行了无水磷酸化处理、钛酸酯处理、KH560处理以及无水磷酸化加KH560处理,研究了表面处理对磁粉抗氧化性能、表面形貌和晶态结构的影响。结果表明:四种表面处理工艺均能在磁粉表面形成防护层,并能有效地提高磁粉的抗氧化能力;无水磷酸化加KH560处理工艺对磁粉表面的包覆和抗氧化能力的提升效果最明显;表面处理没有改变磁粉本身结构。
Rapidly quenching NdFeB powder for polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) Bonded NdFeB magnets was treated by the surface treatment of phosphate coating, titanate, silane coupling and phosphate coating and si- lane coupling agents. The oxidation resistance property, surface topography and crystal structure of the Nd- FeB powder were measured by thermal weightanalysis ( TGA), scanning electronic microscopy ( SEM), x-ray diffiraction( XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results showed that all the treatments could create inoxidizing coating on the surface of NdFeB magnetic powder and improve their oxidation resist- ance property, especially the treatment of phosphate coating and silane coupling agent. The structure of the NdFeB powder was not changed during the surface treatments.
