摘要 研究了新型SBS发泡材料的各项性能与助剂之间的关系,并比较了新型SBS与EVA发泡料的流变性及改进方法。实验结果表明,与DCP作用相反,发泡剂AC能显著地降低材料密度、硬度,但也使材料的拉伸性能和撕裂强度降低;而助剂1和助剂2通过协同作用影响发泡剂AC和交联剂DCP,从而影响材料的各项性能;加入20%的1#增塑剂以及温度变为90℃后,SBS发泡材料的流变性与EVA相似;加入20%PS能提高材料的力学性能,但会导致弹性下降。 Researched the relationship between the additive and the property of new styrene-butadiene- styrene (SBS) through orthogonal experimental design, and compared the rheologial property of new SBS and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer( EVA), also ought forward the ways of improving the property. The re- sult indicated that foamed agent azodicarbonamide (AC) could reduce the density, hardness, tensile stress and tear strength, while cross-linking agent dicumyl peroxide(DCP) had an reversed effects. Additive 1 and additive 2 had synergistic effect on the properties of AC and DCP. 20wt% 1^# or setting the temperature at 90℃ could make the SBS material had the same rheological property with EVA, found that adding 20wt% PS could improve the mechanical property with the loss of rebound.
