摘要
根据细观结构设计理论,采用高压制粒-低压浸渗方法制备了铝颗粒增韧的SiCP-Al/Al复合材料(SiC在SiCP-Al团聚颗粒中的体积分数为62%,其总体积分数则为55%),并研究了其硬度、强度及韧性等机械性能。结果表明,SiCP-Al/Al复合材料与普通55%SiCP/Al复合材料相比,断裂韧性略有提高,硬度提高50%左右;与普通62%SiCP/Al复合材料相比,韧性提高33.7%。
According to the theory of meso-structure design and using the process of high-pressure granulation and subsequent low-pressure infiltration, Al particulate-toughened SiCP-Al/Al composite are prepared, where the volume fraction of SiC in the SiCP-Al agglomerate is 62% but 55% in the whole composite. Then its mechanical properties such as hardness, strength and toughness are studied. The results show that compared with 55% SiCP/Al common composite, the fracture toughness of SiCP-Al/Al composite increases slightly and the hardness increases by 50 % ;compared with 62 % SiCP/Al common composite, the fracture toughness improves by 33.7%.
