摘要
研究了PVC生产中废电石渣的可利用性,实现了电石渣制作内墙涂料的实用性转化,考察了烘干时间及温度、煅烧时间及温度对目标产物质量的影响。当烘干时间和温度分别为4 h和115℃、煅烧时间和温度分别为2 h和900℃时,可得到质量合格的产品。
The availability of waste carbide slag coming from the production of PVC was studied,and its practical use was realized. That was to produce interior paint. Influences of the time and temperature of drying and calcination on the qualified of product were investigated. When the time and temperature of drying and calcination were 4 h, 115 ℃ and 2 h,900 ℃ ,respectively,qualified products could be obtained.
