摘要 纳米二氧化钛不仅对紫外线具有超强的吸收能力,而且还能利用光能将氧激活形成活性氧,有效破坏表面吸附霉菌的结构,具有改善材料颜色稳定性和防霉性能的巨大潜力。探索在低温条件下,采用溶胶-凝胶法在竹材表面形成纳米二氧化钛薄膜,大幅度改善竹材颜色稳定性和防霉性能的可行性。研究发现,竹材表面形成了二氧化钛薄层,呈无定形态。经过120 h加速老化,改性试样总色差△E约为空白试样的1/16,表明竹材颜色的稳定性显著增强,同时改性竹材的防霉性能也有一定程度增强。 Nano titanium dioxide owns great potential to improve the color stability and mildewproof properties of materials as it is capable of strongly absorbing ultraviolet radiation and producing active oxygen to destroy mildews. This paper explored the possibility of forming nano titanium dioxide film via a low temperature sel-gel process on the surface of bamboo to improve its color stability and mildewproof properties. The research discovered that amorphous titanium dioxide thin films formed on the surface of bamboo. The total color difference (△E) of the control sample was sixteen times of the modified one after 120 h acceleration weathering, which confirmed the color stability of modified bamboo was greatly improved, and of which the mildewproof property was promoted by a small margin.
