摘要 目的通过胃电图检测,了解胃癌患者手术前后胃电变化。方法对27例胃癌患者和27例胃癌术后患者及20例健康对照者进行胃电图检测。结果①胃癌组主功率和胃动过速百分比均高于正常对照组,正常慢波节律百分比低于正常对照组。②胃癌术后组主频和正常慢波节律百分比均低于正常对照组,胃动过缓百分比和胃动过速百分比均高于正常对照组。③胃癌术后患者主频、正常慢波节律百分比和主功率低于胃癌患者(P>0.05),胃动过缓百分比高于胃癌患者(P>0.05)。结论胃癌患者和胃癌术后患者均存在胃电节律紊乱,胃癌术后患者胃电紊乱率高于胃癌患者。胃电图检查是评价术后残胃功能的一项非侵入性的方法。 [Objective] To study gastric electrical activity of Pre- and Postoperative in patients with gastric caneer. [Methods] 27 patients with gastric eaneer and 27 with gastric cancer operation and 20 healthy controls were detected by electrogastrogram. [Results] DP and T% in gastric cancer patients were all signifieandy higher than that of controls; N% was lower than controls. DF and N% in postoperative gastric cancer patients were all lower than controls, B% and T% were higher than controls. DF, DP and N% in postoperative gastric cancer patients were all lower than gastrie cancer patients, B% were higher than gastric cancer patients. [Conclusions]Gastric cancer patients and postoperative gastric cancer patients exist abnormal gastric myoelectrieal activity. Gastric lectrieal derangement rate of postoperative gastric cancer patients is higher than gastric cancer patients. EGG is available as a non-invasive method to evaluate the motility function of the remnant stomach after gastretomy.
