米非司酮配伍米索前列醇足月引产胎盘的病理学观察

Pathologic Studies of Placenta Due to Administration of Mifepristone and Misoprostol for Induction of Full term Labor

观察２２例米非司酮配伍米索前列醇足月引产胎盘的病理形态学变化，并与４８例正常足月分娩的胎盘进行对比。结果：用药组引产胎盘可见：①胎盘绒毛数量减少，绒毛体积增大（Ｐ＜０．０１）；②绒毛间隙变窄（Ｐ＜０．０５）；③合体细胞结节及出芽增多（Ｐ＜０．０１）；④绒毛内毛细血管扩张，管腔内红细胞增多（Ｐ＜０．０１）；⑤电镜：微绒毛数量减少、变短、脱失，细胞核异染质加深，核固缩变性，粗面内质网扩张，线粒体肿胀。以上病理形态学改变与正常对照组比较均有显著差异。提示绒毛的这种缺血。

athologic changes of 22 cases of placenta due to administration of mifepristone and misoprostol for induction of full term labor were examined, 48 cases of normal full term placents were used as control group. Results: ①placental villus enlarged and decreased in number( P <0.01), ②the intervillus space narrowed( P <0.05), ③syncytial knot and syncytial sprout increased( P <0.01), ④capillary of the villus dilated and red blood cells in the capillary increased( P <0.01), ⑤electron microscope: microvillus shortened, decreased in number and disappeared, chromatin in the nucleus increased and condensed, rough endoplasm reticulum dilated, mitochondria swollened.
