摘要 采用均匀沉淀法制备了硬脂酸修饰的纳米ZnS粒子,用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了其作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能,并用扫描电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱仪对磨斑进行了表面分析。结果表明:在一定添加量范围内,硬脂酸修饰的纳米ZnS粒子可明显改善基础油的摩擦学性能;在摩擦过程中,纳米ZnS粒子在摩擦表面的沉积和通过摩擦化学反应生成的化学反应膜,显著提高了基础油的抗磨减摩性能。 ZnS nanoparticles modified by stearic acid were synthesized by the homogeneous deposition method, its tribological properties as an additive in lubricant were studied by four-ball tester. The wear scar surface was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry (XPS) respectively. The results show that in the range of test concentration, ZnS nanoparticles modified by stearic acid as additives can decrease the wear rate and friction coefficient of the base oil. In the friction process, the deposition film and/or tribochemistry reaction film formed on the scar surface improve the tribological properties of lubricant.
