摘要
为研究润滑油黏度现场测量方法的精度和不确定度,在实验室条件下,以毛细管黏度测量法为参照,比较了对比型斜管滚球法和对比型倾斜平板法,对测量数据进行了不确定度分析和显著性检验。结果显示,滚球法与毛细管法之间不存在显著性差异,相对扩展不确定度在3%以内,测量重复性较好。平板法成本低,但与毛细管法存在显著性差异。
To research the accuracy and uncertainty of the measurement methods of lubricating oil viscosity on the spot, reference to the capillary measurement method of lubricating oil viscosity, the tilted tube grounder method and the tilted flat method were compared by experiments. The significance analysis and uncertainty evaluation of the measurement results were made. The results reveal that the capillary method and the tilted tube grounder method are accurate comparatively and show insignificant difference with relative expanded uncertainty under 3% while the capillary method and the tilted flat method show significant difference.
