with the gradual rising of citizen＇s discourse right in China, the civil society has become the focus in theory. civil society is deeply related to all-round development of human being, which is the highest object of socialism harmonious society. Civil society is a new respects to probe into overall development of human, while the overall development of human is supposed to be the content of civil society. In Contemporary China, the key point is to cultivate civil society, protome social harmony, and finally to realize the all-round development of human.
